Dear Joe,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done. In all honesty I thought this deal would not go thru, but your knowledge, and how you handled yourself proved me wrong. You kept me informed and guided me step by step with all transactions being made as well as updated information.

Throughout this, my nerves were out of control, but only due to uncertainties and being sceptical of thinking I could have been mislead. I learned from you that in fact, it is a brutal business but with proper education and a little patience, good things do happen.

I was very lucky to have found such wonderful people as yourself who know exactly how to satisfy your clients in all aspects of buying & selling homes. Once again, both Ricardo and myself are very grateful for all your attention and assisting me in being a very happy home-owner. My daughter is very proud of her mom. but thanks to you guys I have accopmplished a "Dream Come True"...
